I truly like getting a feel for the local businesses and mom and pop establishments.

We chose this area based on reviews we read and while most lodging can come with a high ticket price we weredetermined to travel and see if something more unique could help us save while traveling. I knew Iu wanted to have day trips to Columbia, Sullivans island and visit the pounce cat cafe. Raw Oyster bar was fabulous!

Sullivans island is so beautiful and wasn't nearly as crowded like Myrtle beach can tend to be. The Wild Dunes resort is beautifully placed near the Atlantic.
